If a break is possible, or the Barcelona Card valid throughout?
The Barcelona Card is available for 2, 3, 4 and 5 days. It applies from the first calendar day of use for the entire period and without interruption.
I arrive at 19.00, is the Barcelona Card worthwhile for that day?
The Barcelona Card includes transfer from the airport by train into the city and use of the subway. If you count the cost of the train and the subway to your hotel and the subway to pick up the Barcelona Card together, it’s usually worth the price of the Barcelona Card.
The difference between a 3-day and a 4-day ticket amounts to € 4.50, the train and two single tickets for the subway together cost more than the cost of the Barcelona Card for the extra day. And you need not worry about the ticket purchase.
Is there a Barcelona Card for six or more days?
No. The longest Barcelona Card is valid for five days.
Our advice: for the first 1-2 days buy a ticket for the Tourist Bus. You will then have a nice overview of the city and can look at a few sites. Subsequently you can use the Barcelona Card for specific sights.
Does the Barcelona Card also include benefits on the tourist bus?
The double-decker bus tours of the city are a standalone product. Therefore, there are no concessions for the bus ticket with the Barcelona Card.
Is the Barcelona Card also valid from Girona Airport?
With the Barcelona Card, you have free use of the subway, trams, trains, buses within the city limits, and free travel by train from Barcelona airport. Outside the city limits of Barcelona the Barcelona Card is not valid.

Are the Hotel prices per room or per person?
All prices quoted are per room and for the entire period displayed, which means that for the price stated, for example for a double room, two people can stay here at this price.
With all of the quoted prices, VAT is already included.
Is cancellation is possible? Are there additional charges at time of booking?
You may cancel your reservation without any problems. In general, cancellation is free up until 24 - 48 hours prior to arrival. After that there are some small fees. The exceptions are special offers (e.g. the best early bird offers or non-cancellable rates). Please refer to the relevant booking and cancellation policies of hotels and for the associated the room.
How do I get to my hotel?
You will get directions with your booking confirmation. We are happy to write in detail how best to get to your hotel. Please use our contact form.
Can you send me a hotel brochure?
Barcelona.de is a purely online travel site, for this reason we do not have any printed material that we send. Our complete range of hotels can be found on our hotel booking page.
How do I find the cheapest flight?
For flight reservation use our flight booking page. Eneter your airport and the date you want to fly. The result is sorted by price.
When will I be sent my ticket?
You will simply be sent a booking confirmation by e-mail directly from the airline or from our technology partners "HitchHiker TeMyra.net". It is sufficient if you bring your ID card to check in; classic airline tickets are no longer used.
Is my personal information secure?
The security of your personal information and especially your credit card information is important to us. Your data is transmitted over a secure connection.
Can you pick us up from our hotel?
For organisational reasons, the city tours begin at a central meeting place, which is explained on the voucher you get directly after booking a tour. This places is very easy to find. Unfortunately, being collected at different venues or hotels is not possible.
I have not yet received my booking confirmation, when will I get it?
You will then receive a booking confirmation directly after booking by e-mail.
How do I get to my hotel?
You will receive directions to your hotel with your booking confirmation. We've also created an information about arrival page. We can gladly assist you further with personal directions. Please use our contact form. It would be helpful for us if you include your booking number and your travel date.
How do I get to a place on the Costa Brava or Costa Dorado?
